My family (approximately 150-200 people) stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the service was great from the first time we walked into the lobby all the way to driving out of the parking garage leaving. The staff was phenomenal. We felt very comfortable and safe. The food was delicious and the hotel was clean. All of the staff members worked hard that weekend and was very helpful. I just wanted to say thank you again to:
Ricky Payne (Head Banquet Manager)
Banquet staff – Margaret, Mark, Teresa, Dave and Danny
We appreciate all of your hard work. We really enjoyed ourselves and you helped us to create a great memorable experience at this hotel.
The staff at this hotel went above and beyond what needed to be done to assist us at our Philly Family Reunion. Kamara met with the reunion representatives one year before the big event and stayed with us until the end of the event. She, without hesitation and always with a friendly disposition, responded to every phone call and email.
Ricky and Dave in catering were amazing. The family adopted Kamara, Ricky and Dave and honorary family members.
The hotel staff (Kamara Purnell, Ricky Payne, Chefs Rodney and Dave, Dennis McLernann, Paul Brown and the Banquet staff: Margaret, Mark, Teresa, Jackie and Danny.) did not leave the premises until we left the premises, each evening. They "catered" to the family members. They treated us as if we were their only concern for the weekend. Please visit and have events at this hotel.
I noticed two disabled sitting in the Club Room, the hotel attendant, Jackie Benjamin, would not let the individuals get up to get food unless they wanted to. She provided a service to these individuals, who were with separate families, that was simply beautiful.
The STAFF members were all GREAT. They all Cared!!! Because of their excellent service, we had to ask the employees for their names.
Thank you, Kamara Purnell, Ricky Payne, Chefs Rodney and Dave, Dennis McLernann, Paul Brown and the Banquet staff: Margaret, Mark, Teresa, Jackie and Danny.
