nice and clean room, warm, spacious, great hotel, centrally located and lively business environment, comfortable, nice bed, free coffee. had used hotel shuttle with very good driver attitude, polite front desk overall value for money

Lovely hotel but let down by the Sage restaurant!

This is centrally located and near the Galleria shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable and warm with nice beds, water and fridge provided. The restaurant is such a let down serving luke warm greasy food. It needs to smarten up its act. One day the room was not made up and we had to complain to get fresh towels and the room cleaned.
