My husband and I unexpectedly checked out of our planned hotel and wound up at Sheraton based on availability. The front desk was extremely friendly, we told her about our bad experience and she gave us the room key to check out the room before committing which meant a lot after the day we had. The hotel was clean, nice pool as well. Free kayak rental at beach across the street. We ordered room service a few times and were very pleased each time (fish tacos and fish sandwich, fish dip, shrimp). I don’t recommend the pretzel with cheese dip or the key lime pie. The drinks at the bar were good. The shuttle drops you off in a central location (outside of the conch republic restaurant which was actually quite good). The only complaint I really have is that there wasn’t anything in the room to charge using a usb. I had my charger but not went into the wall. It wasn’t sold in the store but the girl at the front desk actually took her personal phone charger for me to borrow to charge my phone. I was so shocked and impressed that she went out of the way to help. The hotel is starting construction so will likely have more updated features shortly. Great location away from the hustle but easy access to get there.

The entire staff in the location is great! But Edward excesses an exceptions of professionalism and knowledge. He is the definition of exceptional customer experience. His professionalism is unmatched and is great with sharing his extensive insight and knowledge about the location. He offered great tips about activities, transportation, directions and food recommendations. Very informative! He really went out his way to provide a memorable experience. He most certainly performs his job with a high level of pride and it shows in his attitude.
Kyley Levan, thanks for the pastries! We didn’t have time to eat while heading out to the airport and she was kind enough to offer pastries to go.
There were daily resort fees of $37 a day that included beach access, water sports, and etc. However, do to the state of the beach we were not able to utilize the beach at all. An excessive amount of seaweed that caused a bad smell. Management should have adjusted daily fee due to the inconvenience.
Hotel is currently under renovation, but current layout was still great. The suites were clean!
Positive experience overall.
