Wow we loved it

by Graham B

Had a 3 bed villa over two floors with sea view. Private bit of garden plus terrace with sunbeds. Upstairs main bedroom had ensuite with jacuzzi bath and balcony with lounger and table & chairs. Other top bedroom had small balcony as well. Downstairs large kitchen diner, 3rd bedroom (decent size) and separate shower/toilet. We were all inclusive (great value- so didn't need the cooker dishwasher or washing machine). Very pretty overall design of resort with reception on top and each level down being a bit nearer the sea and curved round the hill. N.B. Pool view rooms face inland (it's a different pool). Restaurants on level 0 leading to main pool and then a couple of garden levels down to the beach. We only used buffet which had huge choice and we found excellent. Didn't use the a la carte (extra for all inclusive guests) or the spa/detox stuff. Did find A/C a bit powerful - seemed much colder than the indicated temp and had to turn it off in middle of night a couple of times. One odd point - all the rooms whatever floor seem to begin with 7 even though there is no 7th floor.
Beach view was lovely out to the bay with other islands in the near and far distance. There for a wedding held on the end of the jetty so wonderful setting especially if it's sunset which was behind the lucky couple. BTW the wedding food was also excellent and the intermediate level used for meal/dancing etc was ideal for say 70 upto maybe 150 people or more.
Almost all the drinks were included - a few high end branded spirits were extra. We weren't that impressed with the cocktails and switched to G&T or V&T etc. Also the wine wasn't much to our taste but may be to yours.
Only slight niggle was that although reception staff spoke English they struggled a bit sometimes to understand the question. Restaurant staff were very helpful and spoke good (better than reception?) English and would help to rearrange tables for bigger groups. All the different groups of relatives who had travelled there for the wedding loved it and some that weren't staying there even changed their hotel and moved in for the rest of their stay.

A real well-being resort - hell of an experience

Very good resort, about 6-7 pools, 3 private beaches, big rooms, big villa, reasonable price. Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, Quivk Check in process. I planned for 1 night and stayed 4 nights.

All rooms have very good view.

Very highly recommended place.
