Overview

The Siebkens Resort, run by a fourth generation family, celebrated its 100th year in 2016. Go for the Lakeview Condominium Hotel Building, built in 2008. These modern condos feature kitchens, fireplaces, private balconies and built-in laundry. An ice cream and coffee shop is onsite, as well as an outdoor pool and whirlpool. Live music jams every Wednesday night and select weekends, but it didn’t disturb our children’s sleep. The Stop-Inn Tavern, known as “the best bar on the racing circuit,” is fun to stop in for the race memorabilia. Located across the street from the Osthoff and the lake, the Siebkens is a short walk to most Elkhart Lake attractions.

the condo is alright

the reviews are very mixed but we took a chance on the condos and they were clean and functional. check in was quick and parking was reserved. we ate in the dining room and it was alright. the town is small, population 900, and eating choices are limited -- looks like a meat, potatoes and beer place. the only negative for us was that the prices are a high for a product we would describe as clean and acceptable.

Loved Siebkens for years & I continue to!
Dinner in the dining room this weekend was lovely. New owners were attentive & friendly, service was wonderful, and food was incredible. The crab cakes were out-of-this-world delicious and everyone at our table loved their entrees. Can’t wait to go back.
