Clean and Comfortable

We started staying here every time when we were in town since 5 years ago and stopped 2 years ago because of the cleanliness Issues. Glad that we try again this weekend. Check in was smooth and our room was clean, bed was SO comfortable. One of the light bulb not working and Kayla did a good job and have it replaced right away.

What a lifesaver from the overnight staff!! So impressed!!!

After traveling a long 10 hour day my son and in stopped in at the sleep Inn in Auburn on our way back home. We still had a good ways to go and we’re at absolutely exhausted. Kayla the overnight front desk and/or manager was absolutely amazing to my son and myself and we couldn’t be more pleased with her outstanding hospitality and guest service! ! If I could give her and your not only cozy but clean and perfect hotel for passing 10 stars I totally would! I also work in the hospitality industry and have for many years, so I know when I come across good people, and Kayla is amazing! She’s a keeper for your brand above and beyond for sure! Thanks again for your kind hospitality and we will definitely come back for sur when traveling back thru!!
