Excellent

This is a great hotel in the North Terminal of the airport with all the amenities available at the club level. One can access the South terminal by way of a short walk and a free train.

The breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits and berries.

Check in Shocking.

Arrived at hotel check in by JEAN, he was arguing the booking price i told him it was 225 pounds he was arguing that it was 300 pounds for two nights he came down to 250 pounds for two nights, i told him that i agreed 225 pounds on bookings.com he check the website and said you are correct after arguing with me for 45 minutes, he said your special request is a wheelchair accessible room he said we have one so he put me in room 498 i was shocked to find that i could not access bathroom and toilet, i was unable to have a bath and unable to have a shower and i had to go to toilet in a bottle, next day i went to reception and they moved me to room 158 which on second night finally had a shower and used toilet, Jean too busy arguing for 45 minutes then he also said i do not approve two men in double bed i replied that my friend male has to make sure that i do not fall out of bed.
Next time i stay i hope that a different person is on reception to give me a room to meet my needs, Jean was very argumentative, it looks like he gave me the worst room in hotel.
