One of the most luxurious houses in Waco offers a unique bed and breakfast experience to its guests. Built in 1913, the two-story house features a comfortable multi-room suite that is ideal for a family of four. With a queen bed and a full sofa sleeper, plus a lavish sitting room and bathroom, your family will feel as if they’ve gone back in time. Older kids will appreciate the sitting room, library, and sun room, that are open to all guests of the house. But it’s the homemade three-course gourmet breakfast that will leave the biggest impression. Made with fresh ingredients from the backyard garden, the owners pride themselves on providing a one-of-a-kind meal each morning.
The Spencer House is located in the heart of Waco’s historic residential neighborhoods. It’s a lovely place to walk and admire the beautiful old homes and quiet tree-lined streets. You won’t have to drive far to find the classic shops and fine dining restaurants of downtown Waco. There’s even a free trolley that runs up and down between the most popular sites. Kids will love the Magnolia Market at the Silos, the Dr. Pepper Museum, and the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame. Cross the century-old Waco Suspension Bridge that crosses over the Brazos River on your way to the riverside Cameron Park. There, you’ll be able to picnic, rent kayaks, and visit a world-class zoo. With its idyllic location and tremendous gourmet breakfast, the Spencer House B&B is one of the most memorable places to stay during your family’s vacation to Waco.

Planned a Sister Trip to Waco TX to see The Silo's and picked Spencer House B&B for our 3 night stay. All 3 of us were so glad we picked this location. Not only are the Hosts amazingly nice, informative and easy to talk to, the place was gorgeous. So beautiful inside and out. The 3 course breakfast was so yummy with the best coffee. We loved our very clean rooms and would certainly stay there again. It was close to all the sites so we never had to drive far to get to the places we wanted most to visit. We loved our stay with Dan and Vivian the hosts. So accommodating we sorta miss chatting with them.
Our weekend at Spencer house was a great experience. The home is beautiful and welcoming but the highlight was the breakfast. The food was delicious and presented so nicely. The hosts are very kind and know all there is to know about the area. We would definitely stay again.
