Grand Smokies Resort and Lodge Pigeon Forge TN

by TAJTvl

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was horrible, dirty and very outdated. Stains on the carpet and lamp shades. Dirt and trash under the bed. Toilet seat broken. Bathroom outlet and hairdryer were melted. Hole in the connecting room door. Paint peeling off balcony door. Totally Overpriced for what you get. Will not stay here again. Lobby had old furniture that were so old and nasty they were covered with couch and chair covers. I took pictures and shared with front desk staff. They offered us another room which was just about as bad as the one we had. They said they were let management know. WIFI .....forget it!! Doesn’t work.

Simply Awful

This was an awful experience.
Bathroom was full of mildew.
All Faucets leaked all night
Bathroom fixture was broken
TV not working. Finally took 4 calls to get an answer. ( sending someone right up ) never showed
Linens were dirty,
Pushing time share in the lobby as soon as you walk in
AC sounded like it was about to launch into orbit.
Ceiling had peeling paint
Exposed outlets
Paper thin walls. Slamming doors and banging most of the night.
Without a doubt the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
