Just a mile’s drive to the entertainment-packed Island of Pigeon Forge, the Spirit of the Smokies Condo Lodge provides an upper end budget lodge experience featuring three room configurations. Guests can choose between a single king with Jacuzzi and balcony, a single queen (with a kitchen that has a small stove top but no oven), a fireplace and twin pullout sofa, and two queens (with a private balcony). Each room is connecting and a three-room suite can be created for large families. The lodge has rollaways and a crib (first-come, first-served).
Rooms have a microwave and mini-fridge, a flat-screen and complimentary Wi-Fi. The property is loaded in family-fun and has an outdoor pool, an impressive indoor pool sitting under a large atrium with a double loop water slide and a mushroom kiddie pool, and an arcade room with two pool tables, air hockey, and more.
The property has an onsite restaurant and gives out $1 off coupons for each guest for breakfast and $4 off coupons per guest for dinner.
Spirit of the Smokies Condo Lodge is 4.8-miles to Dollywood, one-mile to the Island in Pigeon Forge, six-miles to Jukebox Junction, five-miles to the Smoky Mountain Ziplines, and 10.5-miles to the Gatlinburg Sky Lift.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was horrible, dirty and very outdated. Stains on the carpet and lamp shades. Dirt and trash under the bed. Toilet seat broken. Bathroom outlet and hairdryer were melted. Hole in the connecting room door. Paint peeling off balcony door. Totally Overpriced for what you get. Will not stay here again. Lobby had old furniture that were so old and nasty they were covered with couch and chair covers. I took pictures and shared with front desk staff. They offered us another room which was just about as bad as the one we had. They said they were let management know. WIFI .....forget it!! Doesn’t work.
This was an awful experience.
Bathroom was full of mildew.
All Faucets leaked all night
Bathroom fixture was broken
TV not working. Finally took 4 calls to get an answer. ( sending someone right up ) never showed
Linens were dirty,
Pushing time share in the lobby as soon as you walk in
AC sounded like it was about to launch into orbit.
Ceiling had peeling paint
Paper thin walls. Slamming doors and banging most of the night.
Without a doubt the worst hotel experience I’ve had.
