Located at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, this all-suite hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Uptown Charlotte is also not far from the hotel. After a day of travel or exploration, the kids will love to spend some time at the indoor pool where they can play and swim while the adults can relax and unwind on the pool deck chairs. The 95 spacious suites feature a king or two queen beds, a mini-fridge, microwave, a flat screen television and a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa. Cribs and rollaway beds are also available upon request. Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access can be found throughout the hotel, making it convenient for both kids and adults to stay connected to both home and work. Families will enjoy starting the day with the free, hot breakfast buffet as well. Eggs, hot and cold cereal, yogurt and more can be found at the buffet.

Bad room

I stay here often and have never had an issue. Upon check in I noticed that I could not see the tv from my bed due to the closet wall. When I called I was told all the rooms are like this and there were no other available rooms. Will not stay here again, many other options. Titanium Elite

Hotel charges even when successful cancelled

I had booked a reservation here with Marriott members rate that allowed for cancellation within 24 hours to have no fee charged. I found a different Marriott and cancelled in less the one hour for a booking several days away. This property still charged me. Marriott customer service shows it was cancelled in time and they should have not charged me or issued a refund. The hot
Front desk says they see it was cancelled but the front desk manager is not in on a Monday at 12pm and won't be in till the next day and there is no one at the hotel who can help but here. Disappointing. Will have to file a credit card charge back if this is not resolved. It is sad this franchisee doesn't value members.
