Can the St. Regis Atlanta be “the crown jewel of luxury hotels in Buckhead?” Absolutely. This recipient of the AAA Five Diamond award delivers jaw dropping elegance and service around every marbled-bend.
The gorgeous property offers 151 elegant guestrooms brimming with lush furnishings and art work, along with 31 suites that come with St. Regis Butler Service. Rooms start at 440-square feet and top out at 2,800. When making a reservation, request a double queen room.
The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, a 37-inch flat-screen television, twice-daily maid service, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an evening turndown. The Italian marble bath boasts a deep soaking tub, a standing shower, and its own 17-inch flat-screen. Even small luxuries are on-hand like robes, slippers, complimentary bottled water, umbrellas, satin hangars and so on.
Kids will forever talk about the 40,000 square feet of pool space that includes an impressive fountain, green spaces for lawn games and an outdoor café. Poolside butlers mist guests with Evian spritzers and serve complimentary treats like fruit skewers and smoothie samplers.
In early November, the pool transforms into an ice rink. (FYI: Some guestroom balconies overlook the pool-slash-ice-rink.) Parents and teens 16 and older will love the lavish spa.
Onsite dining includes Astor Court serving breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea daily. The St. Regis Bar offers cocktails and small plates, and the Wine Room tempts guests with wine flights and small plates. Parking is complimentary.
The property is 7.3-miles to the fabulous Fox Theatre, 7.8-miles to Centennial Olympic Park (Children’s Museum, fountains for play, CNN Center, Atlanta Ferris wheel), 4.6-miles to Piedmont Park, .3-miles to The Shops at Buckhead-Atlanta, 2-miles to Phipps Plaza Mall, 0.3-miles to the Atlanta History Center, 4.2-miles to the High Museum of Art, 7.7-miles to the Fernbank Science Center, and 1.7 miles to LEGOLAND Discovery Center.

St. Regis is my fave hotel in ATL. The 2nd floor bar on Fridays is truly the place to be. I love live music and the musician didn’t disappoint. It gets crowded after 10pm so get there early to secure a spot. See and be seen type of spot so come dressed to impress.
The hotel is beautiful. I wish we had had more time to really enjoy it. Service was excellent. Room service accommodated food allergy issue perfectly.
Only two issues...(1) the air vent in the bathroom made a continuous whinny noise and (2) the mini frig did not work. Surprised that housekeeping did not catch either.
Would love to return for a longer stay.
