This hotel was recommended by a local business so I stayed for four nights. The desk/check-in service was very friendly and courteous. It's in a great location ... easy access for me. The decor is cool. My room was a decent size, clean, comfortable and well decorated. The first night I had an outer room along a busy street so it was too noisy for me. I was able to move to an interior room for the rest of my stay and it was just right. The hotel bar/restaurant is the Seven Stills Brewery. It offer a good selection of brews to try. I will stay here again.
Avoid this hotel at all costs, definitely not worth it and extremely disappointing.
Door to our room was broken, as to which they did nothing and additionally had no solution, nor did they even have a decent apology.
Check out was long, waited for 1 hour to have our bags brought downstairs, ended up bringing them down ourselves.
Bathroom wasn’t clean, outdated with a terrible shower. Only one set of amenities were left for a twin room, the staff were unhelpful and rather clueless.
