It’s located far from the city, but easy to locate. It has a small pool and a big lake where you can fish. Breakfast is ok. The rooms.... omg! Housekeeping is not doing a good job around here. I had to move the bed a few inches closer to the wall because of my son. It was sooooooooooo dirty. It seems like nobody has cleaned the floor under the bed (close to the edge of the beds at least) for one month or more. I’ve had bad experiences with mattresses in nice hotels, but this one is the worst by far! It’s so soft and seems so old. It’s a spring mattress but I sank! I could feel huge holes in it. I had to rotate it head to feet because I could feel my feet higher than my head (even with a pillows) because I sank a lot. My father is 125lbs and he also suffered a lot sinking on the mattress. Those were the worst nights in hotel rooms ever!
So if you want a good bed and a nice rest, don’t come here

My husband and his mother were in a two bed/two bath suite for one night - attending a function at FSU. Lovely area, lovely hotel from outside and lobby, and nice room. However, during the night, my husband found a very active roach in his bathroom. When the staff was told the next morning and even the next day (when I called), the response was "it must have come from the outside." Really? Where else would it have come from?? But the fact it was very much alive and darting around speaks to the level of extermination and bug repellent. Unfortunate because it's an otherwise very nice hotel - although pricey. Their room was $256. Hate to pay that - and find a roach.
