We stayed for two nights. The room was clean, but we noticed tiny ants all over the kitchen, counter, table, and kitchen baseboards. I called the front desk. The woman who answered at the front desk didn't seem concerned or apologetic at all. She said she would have housekeeping come a spray. I asked her what chemicals they used but she couldn't tell me. After the 3rd call and about an hour later, housekeeping showed up with Clorox water. No that did not work. The kitchen we completely un-usable. Also, the bar is at the far end of the pool. It was loud and even though there were children at the hotel, it seemed more like a party type of environment. It is not a place i would take my family.

The staff at the Thunderbird was great, especially David who came to our room and fixed our tv. We had several request, all of which were responded to in a expedited manner. When we come back to Treasure Island, we will check out the Thunderbird for availability firs!
