Five minutes from the slopes of Okemo on Route 103 is the affordable Timber Inn, family owned since 1986. All rooms come with a small fridge and microwave. The hotel also offers a hot tub and sauna to rest those weary legs after a long day of skiing.

The manager is very friendly and helpful. The unit I was in was renovated, however, it needs more pictures and definitely a bigger TV. The room is fairly small so one must take a chair from the "desk" to watch TV. If you are sensitive to road noise, get a unit away from the main road.
The room was clean with a good amount of towels, etc. There is no clock/radio. The price is very reasonable.
Our vehicle broke down in Ludlow and ended up staying here with out 4 dogs. The room was clean and had a charming rustic vibe.Had a gorgeous view of okemo mountain from our porch. People who worked there were so friendly and helpful.Stayed a few hours past our check out time while waiting for our vehicle, and it was no problem at all. They made a stressful time much easier.
