Clean and comfortable

by Cherie S

Just 10 min. From the casino. Very comfortable beds, full fridge, cooktop, pots/pans/ dishes and cutlery too!
No need to order in, there is a Meijer grocery store 1/3 mile across the parking lot. Just grab what you need and you can save $$$
There is a full size kitchen table.

Laundry facility, pool, and outdoor grills if you so desire????

The beds and pillow were very comfy. This seems like a new hotel too.

We will be back Battle Creek Michigan.

A new hotel with old issues......

by Carol K

Our group spent a night here, and found the hotel to be a great disappointment. Our room had VERY nasty grout in the shower....white tile and grout ..and it was yellow/orange in color...with lots of long hair on the floor. There was food splashed on the wall behind the stove top, and lots of black (suitcase ?) marks on the walls. The breakfast was non existent, as the one helper spent most of her time sitting in the back room, while MOST food items were bare. For over 30 minutes, there were no plates... The coffee area was mostly empty...not even creamers available, and the trash bins were overflowing. One employee said they were overwhelmed with guests.....I never say more than 20 at a time in the area...and I was there from 7:45--10:00am.....Very poor organization, and management needed to take care of the problems. Not to mention...dogs everywhere....
