Last minute anniversary getaway

Very happy with this hotel so far! The people are extra nice and the rooms are cute and comfy. The location is a plus as well, since it’s close to downtown stuff without being so close you’re fighting traffic right away.

No sleep to be had, icky bathroom

by Linda R

If you are looking for a night of rest between travel days, pass this one by. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything including the person next door sliding their shower curtain.
My night of arrival doors were slamming, toilets flushing etc, until after midnight. I was awakened at 4:30 by staff noise. At 8 am they promptly begin vacuuming the hall, banging the vacuum against your room door no less than 3 times. On. A. Saturday.
On to the bathroom: the bottom if the tub was dented. The faucet had a permanent drip. Therefore the bottom of the tub was
rusted and had slime in it. The toilet seat had been damaged, and rather than spend $10 to replace it, they tried to paint it.
While the bed is comfy you won't get to sleep much in it, and you won't want to stay for a shower either.
For you swimmers, it appears the pool has been closed and drained for an extended time.
