Really impressed.

Beyond exceptional. The staff goes beyond the norm to assist in every way. The breakfast is a step above most. The design of the rooms works! My husband even commented that he enjoyed the colors used in painting of walls. Very comfortable.

Perfect location to enjoy of Wonders ofWildlife. (we were able to enjoy ocean side in the morning, return to hotel for lunch & nap, & return refreshed to watch penguins at play!)

big family friendly????

We were able to reserve a two bedroom suite for our large family. There was plenty of space to spread out, and it was sparkling clean! And even though the hotel was completely sold out for the night, extra blankets for our sleepers who don’t like it as cold as the rest, were brought right up. There is a full kitchen in the suite, an excellent breakfast, and a great pool. Great location near grizzly tools and bass pro. This one was a big win for us!
