Very enjoyable!

by bleistikow

Upon check-in the front desk recommended we stay in a different cabin because of the overall amenities. We really appreciated that. Had a great stay, no cell service or Wi-Fi and that was expected and enjoyed! :) Time to unplug and spend time with family and the beautiful outdoors. Of course Beckie's Café was a hit!! We stay here annually and enjoy it every time!
Side note: We had to wait for a locksmith as we locked the keys in our car. Staff was exceptional and allowed us to stay in our cabin past check out in order to be comfortable and wait for the towing company to show up. MUCH APPRECIATED!

Rustic is too nice!!!

Very thin walls in the lodge, heard noise/voices from the rooms next door well into the night, No WiFi, No cell service, bathrooms down the hall...However, very convenient to Crater Lake National Park. Very rustic and very remote (nothing else for miles around but forest, river and canyons). If that's what you like then this place is for you. We booked this because it was the closet lodging available to Crater Lake. They do have cabins also, probably with private bathrooms in them but they were all booked.
