Great resort with a lot of on-prem activities

by emptynesterslee

This resort was one of the best we have visited in years. Our one bedroom condo overlooked the golf course which the greens was absolutely beautiful! The staff was everywhere and were very friendly. The resort had everything you needed to stay on-prem. - golf, swimming, fitness center, sauna, daily activities and a little market! It also had an on-site theatre – which we totally enjoyed the Comedy play of the Adam’s family. The only downside is that there is no washer/dryer in the unit and you have to pay $2 per load. The resort is a short drive to the San Diego beach & Zoo. I’ve got to say I was a little reluctant to book this place using our RCI exchange from the time-share pushy reviews posted but I’m glad we booked it and I can’t wait to come back as we experienced no pressure in another timeshare.

Good SoCal location

by nixster

Nice place overall. The gym was very useful, but could use more parking. It also needs a larger variety of equipment, like for curls, sit-ups. But the equipment there is VERY high quality! The unit I was in also needed more parking area, as I couldn't find a place to park near my unit each night as spaces were full. Lots of things to do onsite and the area.... Restaurants a bit high priced, but good. Easy location to get to the coast or San Diego. Had a nice flea market while I was there, with reasonable prices, surprisingly.
