Reviews

Passable

Centrally located. Good breakfast spread if you like fruits and juices. Rooms are dated and stuck in the 70's. Smell in the rooms (possibly from sewer or drainage) is quite unpleasant and does not get controlled with air circulation. Okay to stay a day or two, but avoid for longer stays. Staff is helpful.

Excellent Hotel

Be warned this is a long and detailed review of this hotel ????

I have been here for 2 weeks as of this writing ✍????...
This is a excellent & wonderful place.
First the security and the safety of the guests are paramount..Any visitors not registered with the hotel is required to sign in. Any delivery ???? such as Uber or grocery ???? store are escorted or packages accompanied by ???? hotel personnel.
Next the cleaning ???? of the hotel especially your room is of upmost taken seriously ????...I was asked daily about having my room clean ???? even when I deemed not necessary...( maybe because I left the maid,10 real...about US $2 dollars ???? ????)
My room was 703, it was on the top floor reached by 3 small elevators..The next flight up was stairs to the roof top ????‍♀️.

FYI...everything is small compared to the ???????? USA. Beds, food portion, ???? car except fun.

My room had one of the very few view of the ???? beach, which is only a 2-3 minute walk away....The air conditioning was very good...IF you open the window the AC was turned off..Also the ???? keycard was required to turn on the power to the room.
The few things I don’t like.. Except for ESPN,Bloomberg, & CNN all channels are Portuguese cable. Plus the ???? TV was mounted on the wall unable to rotate..The was no ⏰ clocks or radio in the room.
There is a very small refrigerator stocked with soda ????,beer???? etc..at hotel prices.
Note: be aware there are 2 grocery store ???? in the area less than a 5 minutes walk. The more pricey one by Brasil standards will deliver.
My bed was about the size of a queen ???? very comfortable...The sheets were always made tight. 4 pillows.
The desk had 2 outlets & 1 on the floor..You need adapters if coming from the US.
There are 3 telephones ☎️ .
They have a fair Restaurant on site with room service until 2300 hours..With sandwiches ???? 24 hours a day. The menu of room service is the same as the restaurant....I had a ???? steak meal for about $15.00 US dollars ???? it and all other room service arrived in about 15 minutes or less..
Observation: except for the bbq joints all ???? steaks seemed to be the same.
There are many good to outstanding restaurants in the area and walking ????‍♀️ distances...Or if ???? raining or just lazy Uber eats is a nice option..
