My first experience at a WoodSpring Suites, which is not a hotel, but rather a collection of efficiency apartments. I showed up after hours, so had to use a house phone to call a corporate call center, who dispatched the manager within 10 minutes of my arrival. She checked me in at the desk; great interaction!
The room was much like a Motel 6 room: durable, easily-cleaned laminate flooring, simple but comfortable bed, towels and bar soap. While there is a kitchenette in every room, THERE ARE NO PLATES OR SILVERWARE. While there is a stove (no oven), there are no pots or pans. The nearby gas station has plastic utensils, FYI. The full size fridge and microwave worked great. The place felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

This was not a very nice place. Read all the info. THERE ARE NO AMENITIES. They allow smoking in the rooms, the rooms smell. Many rooms inhabitated by multiple people. Did not feel clean. NO SERVICE OF THE ROOMS you must pay for linens if you want them changed before 11 days. You must take out your own garbage. Be very wary. We we wrong not go do further investigation
