Reviews

Will stay again

Not certain as to all the negative reviews. My experience was positive in every aspect. I almost canceled my stay due to the reviews. If you expect “posh”, stay somewhere else. If you want a clean room and a friendly staff, book your room without worry.

Not up to Wyndham or TripAdvior Standards

Agree with the other more detailed reviews of the poor quality of the rooms and upkeep of this hotel. Our room key did not work and the security could not get into our room either. We were tired from a delayed flight and the front desk after quite a wait then agreed to upgrade us to a "suite" as no one could even open the door to our first room. The suite's ceiling in the bedroom was falling apart near the window. The furniture looked as like it was from the early 70s or older. Room was tidy but not really clean as another reviewer noted. The suite was really a joke with smaller TVs than in the regular rooms. The hotel elevators floor were dirty and the hallways had debris. The mattress in the suite was so soft and saggy we asked them to find a regular room with a firm mattress. They said the mattress was a sleep number but there was no control. We ended up in a handicapped room which still was no great but had a better mattress. The bed lamp on one side was out and the back of the refrigerator was filthy. This hotel is not up to Wyndham Standards and the Wyndham hotel chain should remove their name from this hotel. Definitely not coming back and TripAdvisor needs to lower their rating so others are not mislead.
