pros : reachable place and the only one resort in that area, nice for relaxing. front office, house keeping team are very helpful and nice. got a suite room with beach view, 1 bathub inside and 1 jetted bathub outside. very spacious and clean room, comes along with completed amenities.
cons : need to improve the taste of the food, especially in breakfast time. for me, it's less of variety for 5 star resort. less of vegetables choice (most of it are fried food and too many meat / processed meat). the waiter and waitress were not that helpful compare to front office and house keeping team. especially the trainees, they didn't know the product that they sell and less of hospitality. the hotel should train them well again.

We‘ve been there for two nights to visit the whole area around Ubud. First of all it‘s important to know that currently there are constructions underway which are blocking the whole beach area. This is a bit a pitty as you wont have a view to the sea from the pool. The work starts every morning around 7am. Make therefore sure you don‘t have a sea view room as you won‘t have a chance to sleep longer than 7am.

The rooms are very modern and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. The hotel offers a Spa, Gym and Beachclub. But be aware that the Beach Club is not really a Club and more a Bar for Snacks and Drinks.

Insider: Do not book the rooms with breakfast as the hotel offers you a free one during the construction activities. But also be aware that the quality of the breakfast is not really on a 4 star level.

You‘re reaching Ubud by Grab within 1hour but please note that you need some luck to get one as there are not many operating around the hotel area.

Overall a really average hotel (def. not 5 star) to explore the Ubud area and relax after your tours.
