What can I say NYC is a great place for the family, from Central Park and Zoo, to Canal Street and the night life. We stayed at the Marriott Marquis which is right on Broadway, so when you went out you were right in the center of all the more +action. The hotel is very good for looking after you but you don't stay too long in the room when you have everything to look at. We visited Central Park and the Zoo for a whole afternoon and even took a buggy ride around the park which was very relaxing. The NBC tour was great as we saw all the studios and what went on behind the scenes. You have to take the City Night Lights Tour as NYC is more spectacular at night and then a comedy club and then to finish things we got some great cheese cake from Junior's and ate them on the tables on Broadway (the best thing they did was to block the traffic and set up lots of tables and chairs for people to just watch the night life). Shopping at Canal street topped off with Italian lunch and ice cream from Ferraro's in Little Italy. A great 4 days in NYC for the family and a must for people who have never been. We are from Ottawa, Canada and this was our second trip there in a year and we were able to see the areas we missed the first time, we will go again next year to see the stuff we still missed such as Yankee Stadium.
