Our non smoking room stinks cigarettes, overall maintenance is inadequate, it differs a lot from the Quality Inn we stayed last night... really poor lighting in room, smell like weed on balcony... the bath needs to be replaced!

Spent hours on the phone with Choice customer service associate's supervisor's supervisor so it's not quite worth the additional energy to go into detail about the complete lack of customer service or respect I was shown by the smug staff who did nothing after I reported the coffee maker had moldy coffee still in it and feces in tge toilet when I checked in and had the audacity to red flag me and keep my $100 deposit for "stained sheets" I didnt sleep on. I never sleep on hotel sheets. I sleep on top of the blanket. There were random people hanging out all over this hotels courtyard and stairs all night and the front desk blamed me which is both confusing and offensive. They have provided the absolute worst hotel experience of my life and its unfortunate Choice Hotels puts their name on that disgraceful property.
