Overview

You can’t get any closer to the action in Hampton Beach than the Casino Ballroom, where bands of yesteryear and cover acts croon by the surf. And you can’t get stay any closer to the ballroom than this stylish little hotel next door. The rooms are decorated in a “boutique style” with spare furnishings, soft pastels, and white marble vanity in the bath. Oceanfront rooms feature porches where you can sit and watch all of the action on the beach below, or head down to the first floor pub to grab a cocktail and pregame before the show.

Rooms contain flat screen TVs, refrigerators, and free Wi-Fi, as well as coffee and treats in the morning. The oceanfront rooms have a queen bed and pull out couch, while some side rooms contain two queens and a pullout (sleeping up to four). For more space, the inn also lets out a cottage around the corner, which offers two queen beds, each in their own bedroom, along with a blow up air mattress in the living room.

Reviews

Good for a beach place.

We enjoy the Boardwalk. The food in good and the services also good. I wish they offered more non fried foods. I also think the would do better if they added heated outside patio as one of the competitor do. Overall a good value.

Nice, clean seaside motel

We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay on Hampton Beach for a concert at the Ballroom & luckily I came across this place in my search. We got one of the small rooms (with a queen size bed), just big enough for 2 people for a couple nights. More than 2 nights & I think we would've felt too cramped & I wouldve booked one of the larger rooms.

It's right across the street from the beach & in the center of the boardwalk action, which is awesome! Parking is included at the municipal lot a street back (not too far), you can unload/load the car at the hotel door on F St. There are narrow indoor stairs to reach the hotel levels.

Few frills, but for the price we weren't expecting the Ritz. :) Our room was very clean & bright. We had a decent sized fridge, bureau, & side table next to the bed, but no table or chair in the room. Bathroom was small with a stand up shower & a small sink, no storage space, but again for just 2 nights we made it work. Hooks in the bathroom to hang things & a full length mirror on the back of a door would be nice small additions to the room. No Kleenex or hair dryers either, so pack accordingly if you want those things. They had a coffee machine & microwave in the reception area, which we appreciated having.

The staff was very friendly. And it was convenient having the restaurant right at the Inn. (You get a 15% discount at the restaurant as a hotel guest, which is a nice perk.)

The only downside we had in our room on the F St side is that we were woken up by garbage trucks or some other loud maintenance type vehicles out on the street at 5:30am both weekday mornings, but I think because of the traffic on the roads around there they have to do it early in the morning. So, it is what it is.

Overall I felt it was a great value for the location & we'll be back again!
