A nice place to stay

by 577seamus

This hotel was very clean, friendly and in a beautiful setting with the rooms facing the lake and the waves and breakers slapping the banks. We enjoyed the room which was spacious well supplied and clean. The bonus was the balcony with 2 chairs and small table. this allowed us to view the lake, clouds, ships and sun rise. Although we had fun feeding the seagulls which seemed to perform for us. A storm was approaching the night of our visit and our room was on 2. This was a good thing as the waves crashed ashore all night. what a great way to sleep. You can walk to waters edge and enjoy also.

Lovely setting

Nice room right on the lake, with a beautiful view and the sound of the waves hitting the shore. Downside: the office/breakfast room is in another building across the parking lot - not ideal, especially in bad weather.
