This hotel was excellent. Comfortable, pristine with excellent food and service. I arrived with a back injury. The desk staff accompanied to translate to me to the masseuse who attempted to assist with muscle spasms. She showed great concern for my condition and was able help. The hotel manager sent her to my room the next day to check on me , stay for an hour or so and bring hot towels . Daniel the manager whose manners and English were impeccable, walked to the pharmacy to purchase pain medicine for me at my request. Each time I saw Daniel in the days of my visit, he asked about my health and expressed concern. I will return to Cajamarca, and stay in this hotel. I will be healed and enjoy the close by central plaza.

Very noisy hotel with lots of activity in the hallways. Seemed like we were on a school camp at times.
Internet did not work on level 3.
Food was good and the staff were very accommodating with opening breakfast early for us.
