Disappointing stay

by b8ste

Stayed 2 nights we had a few issues with the room. Housekeeping was poor, on the first night we had a TV that wouldn't turn on, bathrobes and slippers were missing and we couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work. We brought in a bottle of wine and only had 1 glass out of it, so left it on a bed side cabinet for the next evening, but when we came back after our day in London, it had disappeared, after complaining to reception they replaced it with some cava, but should not have been taken. Also one of the bathrobes had been taken and not replaced, very strange.
We have been to a few different 4 star hotels in London but we have never had to chase things up like we did here.
The positives are, the location is good and the breakfast was good.

Normally so good...........But

H10 hotels are normally very good whether in the Uk or overseas. We have stayed in H10 Waterloo several times. This time our stay was seriously marred by a bed that was hideously uncomfortable, meaning we both had two bad nights, and were left aching in the morning.
