Located in beautiful Cape Cod, this cozy bed and breakfast makes a great getaway for a small family with children 10 and older. All 12 of the rooms include on-suite bathrooms and televisions with cable and DVD players. A hearty breakfast is served to guests in the fireside dining room. A variety of great restaurants and ocean centered activities are nearby. The Monomoy Light Room on the third floor offers a family a queen bed and a twin bed to accommodate up to three guests. Other guestrooms have queen beds to accommodate two guests.

Lovely experience!

Amazing experience! From the way they welcome you and give you a tour of the place, the delicious cookies, coffee or port wine available 24/7, their cheese & wine hour, to the exquisite two-course breakfast, everything was excellent! I was brought here as an anniversary surprise trip and they sure helped to make the experience much more special. Wine, flowers, chocolate covered strawberries and a "Happy Anniversary!" balloon were in our room when we arrived. Thank you Brian and your staff!

New England Getaway

Once again we were thrilled to stay at our favorite Cape Cod Inn and enjoy an Autumn long weekend. The staff at The Old Manse Inn was exemplary in every way. They supplied us with anything we needed to go to the beach, offered great dining recommendations, and provided delicious breakfasts every morning. We are always treated like “one of the family” - but never have to do any chores! The rooms are meticulously kept clean with attention to every detail. We are always greeted with genuine enthusiasm and will visit again in the future!
