Hotel was great. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Definitely recommend. Kids enjoyed the pool. I noticed they were pet friendly which is definitely a plus. Nice bar and an upbeat lobby area. Great stay. Thank you

Huge Security breach,

by w0rldtraveller2011

We were sleeping at around 7am after arriving very late, 1am. We were awoken by a loud pounding noise at the door, only to find a woman with a wrench in her hand claiming she has to fix the toilet ASAP. No one requested this and she stole the nights sleep from us, and in effect ruined our meeting later on ( lack of sleep, and fear) and our day. Why would hotel staff knock on door so loud, and why not in uniform? They need to get there act together. Avoid avoid avoid. It was a very scary experience and is totally unacceptable.
