Exactly what we wanted

Excellent large rooms and bathroom. Brilliant facilities that’s included soft drinks mini-bar.
Perfect for a family of 4. Double Beds were comfortable for all of us. Only thing I would say is larger beds could be used as there is plenty of space for them. But this is a general New York hotel thing.
Staff were super helpful and hotel bar was nice.
Would definitely recommend this hotel if staying downtown.

Wear your long johns

We are New York’s and we’re staying in this ‘high end’ hotel as part of a bridal party. We had three rooms on two floors. Each was barely habitable because of the temperature/
The rooms were cold. The responsive staff informed me that they are having trouble on the 7th and 8th floors. A known problem. UNACCEPTABLE!
