Located in historic downtown Exeter, this B&B features a spacious third-floor room with a comfy queen-sized featherbed, along with a pull-out couch. It shares a bathroom with another room on the same floor with two twin-sized bed, making this a quiet and affordable refuge for a family of five. The house itself is also spacious, with a large TV room and backyard.
The innkeepers, Rita and Peter, are warm and inviting, with plenty of useful suggestions for the area and a knack for whipping up huge breakfasts complete with blueberry pancakes, French toast and other kid-friendly offerings. As the name suggests, the house is located right around the corner from Phillips Exeter Academy and all of the historic sites of this charming village. Free parking is provided, so guests can venture out by car to explore the beaches of the seacoast.

I was asked to speak at the Exeter, New Hampshire, annual UFO conference on September 2-3, 2018. The conference coordinators arranged for my accommodations at this delightful bed and breakfast called "Around the Corner Bed and Breakfast." It is located exactly around the corner from the quaint & historic downtown area of Exeter, NH.
The owners Peter and Rita, are attentive hosts. They have a lovely living room that is always open for guests to chat and watch tv. There is a refridgerator, coffee and tea availbel 24-7. The beds are comfy cosy. I slept like a lamb in their lovely home, on the quiet tree lined street. I highly recommend their welcoming accomodations. Sincerely Jennifer Stein
I was at the Around the Corner for 2 nights over July 4. It was excellent, one of the best bed and breakfasts I have stayed at. The premises are very clean, spotless. The inn keeper Rita is very attentive. My room has a private bath. The bath is not en suite and I have to walk through a short hall way to get to it. It is not a problem.
Breakfast was delicious.
