Six Flags Fiesta Texas

Six Flags Fiesta Texas

17000 IH-10 West, San Antonio, 78257, TX

Located in San Antonio, Six Flags Fiesta Texas has several thrilling coasters worth a road trip — including BATMAN: The Ride. The ride, which debuted in 2015, is a free-fly roller coaster in 4D! Joining it is the new Superman Krypton Coaster, which includes virtual-reality elements immersing riders into a battle against Lex Luthor. Other thrills include Boomerang, Poltergeist, Fireball, and Hurricane Force 5.

There’s plenty for tiny tykes to enjoy, too, such as train rides, a carousel, and even a kiddie coaster.

When it’s time to cool off, head to White Water Bay, where you can rent cabanas and relax, or enjoy more thrills in the Bahama Blaster, the world’s steepest waterslide; Blowout, a body slide; and Lone Star Lagoon, a giant pool shaped like the state of Texas.

If you’re planning to stay in town for a night or two, consider a stay at Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade or La Cantera Hill Country Resort.
