B Resort and Spa has turned out to be the most unacceptable place I’ve stayed yet! To keep it simple...they charged both my husband and I on our credit cards and not even the same price or price quoted, couldn’t get our room cleaned before 5:00pm each day. No clean towels available to shower after being at the beach all day, getting back to room at 4:40pm! Hospitality finally brought us towels after two requests around 8:00pm. At check out they asked for another card to charge we refused. Since departure if the property we have been calling daily and have yet to get a returned call from management. We will be sure to reach out to as many people as possible to make sure they know of our experience. Horrible and disappointed! Unbelievable!

This past weekend, my husband and I stayed at the B to celebrate his birthday weekend. While we have stayed for six previous years, this will mark our last year at the B. The stay was entirely disappointing, from check-in to check-out. Staff was entirely transactional; they were not warm or considerate. They did not offer welcome or express gratitude for choosing their hotel. The bathroom had inexcusably high amounts of shower mold and mildew. The shower molding frayed as water ran through. I would not have showered without shower shoes. The hotel walls surrounding the pool displayed long streaks of rust and a foul odor permeated from the room. While the lobby was well-maintained, the remainder of the hotel felt dingy. If you seek a resort experience on your trip to WDW, there are better hotels within the same location and price range. I encourage you to keep looking.
