The Banff Centre is located on 43 acres just five minutes from downtown Banff and offers two onsite hotel options. Lloyd Hall features standard hotel room configurations and the Professional Development Centre offers “superior category” suites and rooms. Smaller families may find the Lloyd options adequate. Standard rooms feature one king bed or two doubles. The standard Kitchen Suite offers one king bed, seating area, spacious living and dining, full kitchen and balcony. The Professional Development Centre offers more spacious units, including the Superior Bedroom with one king or two queen beds and Executive King with a king bed and separate seating area with gas fireplace. All rooms include a mini-fridge. The Centre offers three onsite dining options. The casual McLab Bistro offers a breakfast menu, signature burgers and lively atmosphere. Vistas Dining Room features buffet-style dining (kids’ menu available). The Sally Borden fitness center offers a large indoor pool, whirlpool, gym and climbing wall.

Beautiful setting with well trained staff and a great experience. The dining experience was very memorable with good selections and well prepared meals for our conference. The staff was friendly, helpful and well trained. They offered suggestions to help me experience the best of Banff and the centre. Nice touches like umbrellas at the front door for surprise sprinklings was greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to my next stay.
This dated facility is hot dirty and loud. The dishes are always dirty and there is a lack of service.
There were not enough seats or food for conference attendees on the last day! They serve the same tastless food every day! The quality is poor and the food is very American in style!
