Located near Lake Hamilton, this hotel is also situated near Hot Springs and Historic Bathhouse Row. Families can rent boats on the lake or go fishing or hiking. After a day exploring the outdoors, families can head back to the hotel for some fun pool time. The pool overlooks the lake and kids will love to swim and play while the adults relax and put their feet up on one of the surrounding pool deck chairs. Do not stay here!

I have stayed away from home approximately 50 nights in the past six months, and I haven't given a bad review to any other hotel. I understand that everything can't be perfect all the time, but the only thing perfect about this hotel is the location.

The hallway had a leak in the ceiling with exposed wiring. The room had a moldy smell. Upon check-in, I was told how nice the pool area was and how good the breakfast is. Well, breakfast wasn't served at all 2 of the 3 days I stayed there. The pool area did have potential, but it needs attention that it does not receive. There was trash all around the pool, and a pair of underwear remained at the edge of the pool the entirety of my stay. The outside trash can was overflowing during my visit and was never picked up.

There was no internet connection although it is advertised.

Not clean

Everything in the room needed to be cleaned. Price was good. Room would’ve been good if everything had been cleaned. Fridge was filthy. Dust everywhere. Toilet and shower weren’t clean. Very disappointed.
