Incredibly peaceful

A very peaceful location that was great for our holiday. Our Villa was lovely and clean. The staff are hit and miss - some great, some especially at reception are hopeless and the level of service serious lacking. The breakfast restaurant area and presentation of food is AWFUL!! However having breakfast bought to our villa was much better. The food we ordered via room service was great and no complaints at all. Staff needed to be reminded regularly that we had dirty dishes that needed collecting (and subsequently crawling with ants) so need to improve their service in that respect..

Wonderful villa, delightful servcie

The villa was amazing, it was spacious, clean and well furnished with lots of light and air. The private pool was big enough to swim around a bit and very clean. The spa was also very well set-up and the couple spa treatment we took was an utterly relaxing experience. We also took the floating breakfast and romantic poolside dinner options and both of these were very well arranged. All the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We had a great time here and recommend this a must stay when you're in Bali.
