I’m glad we stayed here in Tropic versus over in Bryce Canyon City that seemed a little hollow having been incorporated for tourists in 2007. Tropic was incorporated in 1892 and while there is a lot to it, the 15 minute drive to Bryce Canyon was no big deal and the little town was a little added benefit. What a great idea these cabins are! Less than $100 in late October with every amenity included – a great comfortable bed; a nice TV with easy to operate remote; a great bathroom and shower/tub; easy to operate HVAC/AC unit that did the trick and kept us warm as the temperature dropped to 2 degrees overnight! Add to that a friendly and easy check-in/check-out process with parking ten steps from your front door and a less than five minute walk to the restaurants and businesses along the main drag. We ate a great dinner at the Pizza Place and had a perfect little breakfast and great coffee at the Bryce Canyon Coffee Company - It all made for a great experience.
We stayed here for one night when visiting Bryce, we arrived at 11:30 and Toni was very helpful in letting us check in early, the cabins are clean and spacious and among many similar choices in Tropic. All good
