This Walt Disney World area resort isn’t actually located in Disney World — but it is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel that’s not far from the park and includes complimentary scheduled daily shuttles to Walt Disney World and an evening shuttle to the Downtown Disney area. A seven-story, all-suite hotel, its two-room suites provide plenty of space for families, and come with a separate living area, two flat-screen TV’s and even a microwave. Larger families will like the Queen suite, which easily accommodates a family of six. There are three restaurants at this resort, and guests can also dine at the resort’s sister hotel, the Caribe Royale Orlando (located next door). Buena Vista Suites also offers basketball and tennis courts, an outdoor pool with spa tub, a video-game room for kids and complimentary breakfast buffet and parking.

All in this hotel is great, the room is very nice, but the breakfast is really poor...there is no variety of sweets or fruits. Also the swiming pool is outside the hotel. All posters around the hotel about food that the hotel served in his restaurant is false, the quality is far from being the same.
I stayed at the Buena Vista Suites end of October for two weeks. Having previously stayed in villas during my vacations to Florida over the course of 7 visits I was apprehensive about a hotel stay but this one ticked all the boxes.
I stayed with my fiancé in a room and my parents attended latterly and had another room and were equally impressed.
Both rooms were spacious and had a separate living area. Plenty of space and modern with a microwave and fridge available for use.
Breakfast is provided every morning which is included in the hotel fee which is very reasonable. Breakfast is basic but selection is very good. Breakfast provides a hot food buffet in addition to cereal, pastries and yoghurt etc. I’m a pretty fussy eater and never struggled with the breakfast selection throughout my two weeks and I attended every morning.
Shuttle service is handy and again included in the hotel fee. Easy enough to arrange at the front desk for shuttles to Disney and easy enough to get back after a busy day at the parks.
I also used Uber/Lyft to get about Florida as I didn’t hire a car and due to the location of the hotel everything I wanted to travel to was no further than a 20 minute journey (one-way). This included trips to the Mall at Millenia, Florida Mall, Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, both Premium Outlets - Vineland and International Drive as well as multiple restaurants in the evening. The location of this hotel is a key attraction for myself.
Poolside is great. Very quiet during my stay which was great although not sure if due to time of year? Poolside facility available to order food which I utilised and the food was excellent. There was a young guy who had only started his role at the hotel four days previous (cannot remember his name, may have been Jean?) and he was very helpful and attentive to guests at the hotel. He provided the pool side food and the service provided by him was excellent.
On site bistro providing pizza/chicken available which was handy after a busy day out and about and again food was great.
Only downside about the hotel is the persistent approach to have you attend a day out about a timeshare. This is at Buena Vista Suites and The Caribe Royale. This is the only criticism I have. When asked initially about the opportunity to attend, your name and response should be noted to avoid continual asking if you want to attend.
That said, the positives far outweigh the one negative about this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.
