Decent place to stay

I originally had an ocean Front room in the centurion tower. But was offered an upgrade to a suite in the Ocean Tower for a minimal amount so I decided to go for it. The room itself was fantastic. Plenty of room, bathroom was enormous with dual sinks, giant jacuzzi tub, large separate shower with a seat, separate room for the toilet. But the view was only ocean view, which means your window faces another building and you have to look sideways to see the ocean. That was quite disappointing. It was a non smoking room, which smelled like smoke. another negative. By the second day, my card key would not work. When I went to get another one, that did not work either. It turned out that one of the card readers in one of the elevators was not working. They basically told me to use a different elevator. There are 3. Thats crazy.
