Lots of steps and no hot water

by Gigi0112

This hotel is located right on the main walking road in Puno, near the restaurants and the square. Great location. But there is no lift (elevator). The employees will carry your bags. The hardest thing was the cold water for a shower. They told us to run the water but it never warmed up. Burrr.....I took the cold water because I sure did not want to waste water. The breakfasts were good. They got a bit busy and the space is small but still very adequate. Make sure you don't get the room with no windows if you have any fear of closed spaces. We had a window and that was nice.

Fiendly staff, good location

Good location, downtown, next to souvenir shops, restaurants and bars.
Not that good if you are staying there during the week-end, when you cannot sleep due to the music from all the places around. Yes, Puno's people like to party till morning.
