The Candlewood Suites Birmingham – Hoover are an outstanding option for families in search of extra space while vacationing. The suites are on the larger side and can easily accommodate a family of five with room for lounging. There is a television in each suite as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Additionally, each room comes fully equipped with high speed Wi-Fi that also runs throughout the hotel and in the fitness center and by the pool. Breakfast is served each morning at no additional cost for all members of the family. Parking is also included with the price of the stay.

Comfortable stay

We recently stayed at this location for a one-night stay. The front desk staff was VERY helpful when we asked to be relocated from the 2nd floor. They were so accomodating. The area is very quiet and we had a very pleasant stay. You are close to plenty of places to eat, shop. However, this is NOT on Hwy 31 in Hoover/Vestavia Hills area. It's off of Hwy 280. If you are looking for something close to downtown, this would not be a good option. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and plenty of thick towels were provided. Overall, we were very pleased!

Terrible customer service Tried to cancel within 10 minutes of booking was told no manager available , i suppose So as to help us steal from you lied to my phone call said if I contested it it would be refunded then sent something else .No Show fee because not canceled 24 hours prior since i was staying at different hotel that night
