The Caribbean Resort consists of the original Dominican Tower, the newer Cayman Condo Tower and the Chelsea House. The Dominican offers two-rooms suites with classy furniture, tiled kitchens, living rooms and private balconies that face the ocean. A pool deck also overlooks the ocean. The Cayman presents two-, three- and four-bedroom units with sitting areas, floor-to-ceiling windows and dining tables that seat up to six people. The property features an indoor/outdoor pool, a lazy river and a children’s pool. Video game rooms and the Caribbean Kidz Klub are additional family draws. An oceanfront waterpark has raining umbrellas, huge slides and a submarine. The Chelsea House is located across the street from the other two towers. They include two- and three-bedroom condos with balconies. The smaller property allows for a more secluded vacation stay. An outdoor pool is in the courtyard.
Caribbean resort offers complimentary cribs and playpens for families. Sea Captain’s House Restaurant sits between Cayman Tower and Jamaican Inn serving breakfast buffets, lunch and dinner. Regardless of which property you choose, you will have a blast with all the fun activities both at the resort and offsite. The beach is right on the resort, many golf courses are in the area and live entertainment can be found nightly. Nearby, families can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Broadway at the Beach and NASCAR SpeedPark.

This is my fifth time at this resort. I have been here with my fiancé and his two children since they were 7 and 9. Now they are 16 and 18. We booked this week with a Wedding planned for us! We were so excited to spend the week here with our immediate family- 11 total plus us 4. Our wedding is taking place tonight and last night I had to call three times for a noise complaint. If you have quiet hours starting at 11- you should enforce them. I called from 12-1245 and nothing was done about our complaint. Next time, I will just call the police. We also spoke to the front desk about all the underage drinking and the behavior from the baseball teams in the hot tubs at night. Def not family friendly like you state. We have had various issues in the past, but nothing as severe as what we experienced this week!
You really should buckle down on the underage drinking, the noise and the limit of kids allowed in the hot tubs. I even asked your day manager, Mike to make one hot tub adults only. Definitely not the family vacation I thought we’d have for our wedding week! I appreciate the manager putting my gifts in my guests rooms, but besides that, nothing we complained about got fixed. Abide by your rules- if something is thrown, kick them out. All day and night the crap happens. Hire more staff and actually use your cameras!!!!!
My family and i have been coming here for many years and loved it, we had a bad week here a few years ago and considered it a fluke. We are currently staying here and it is chaos, they are one of 3 hotels that allow baseball teams here and it is complete chaos. Kids climbing off balconies, openly drinking in the hot tubs and constantly throwing things off the balconies at people. The big problem here is that the hotel is doing very little to stop the behavior even when told where the problems are. Its noon now today and the outsise pool, hot tub and lazy river have been closed all morning. Very dissapointing experience at a resort we always loved.
