Very clean rooms - so high rating, but very thin walls - staff was okay but overall was not super impressed by the hotel. I can definitely see the benefits of staying here if you are interested in going to pier/arcades, but otherwise I would rethink my stay.

Stay in history

Yes it's old, but a part of history and the staff couldn't have been nicer! The hotel is on a one way street so be prepared to go around several blocks to get anywhere but if you have a gps, no worries! In the off season it is quiet except for weekends. Probably quite lively in the summer!
