Overview

Enjoy a budget-friendly resort on the beach in Puerto Vallarta with your family. The Casa Anita y Corona del Mar has 28 guestrooms with full kitchens, refrigerators, balconies with ocean views, complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV’s and room to sleep up to six guests at one time. Cribs are available upon request for $20 per week. The resort is just steps from the beach, but also has three swimming pools, three patios overlooking the bay, hammocks and is within walking distance of downtown cafes, shops and attractions. With kitchens in all guestrooms, onsite dining is basically nonexistent, unless you’re visiting during a Wednesday, when the resort hosts a Margarita BBQ with light snacks and free drinks (November through March only). Purified water is supplied to each room daily, too.

Other great amenities include babysitting services for $8 per hour and in-room drinks and snacks which guests can request and specify in advance. And when families book a stay of seven or more days, enjoy a complimentary food and beverage package including soda, beer, cheese, eggs, coffee, bread and more in-room dining.

Reviews

nice place but dangerous location

by Unbelizablegrrl

This place is very nice on the inside, and it's great if you want to stay on the campus. You are taking your life in your hands (and feet) to get across the highway to get to it. If you are a person who likes to walk around to all the cool stuff in Vallarta, don't stay here. It's not anywhere close to where you want to be.

Great price, amazing room and view, clean, friendly staff.

This hotel was an amazing gem for the price you pay. Very clean family owned hotel. Only downside was the stairs but after eating all that good food 2 blocks away in the romantic district the stairs helped keep me fit. They have a large cold water spa that has bar stools next to the bar in the water over looking the ocean in the shade. Around the corner the Taxi's stage to wait to be called into town so getting a ride was never a problem. The rooms have a full kitchen with dishes, toaster, coffee, pot, blender, refrigerator and all the utensils you need to cook your own meal. And the views really made for some great pictures.
