This hotel was clean, housekeeping staff were great. Location is nice although road to it is a bit rough (our cab scraped the bottom of his car on a dip). Check-in was easy, rooms as advertised. The pool was freezing. This place is advertised as quiet but when we were there it was party central, loud music (speakers brought by other guests). It was families and some sort of school team (girls). Couldn't sit by the pool as it was so loud. Food in the restaurant was okay, nothing special. Prices were fine. Waiter looked and acted like he'd rather be anywhere else than working in the restaurant. Beach is about a six minute walk across the highway. A lot of boats, not really great for swimming. Overall good value for the money, but not sure I'd stay again based on the negatives I mentioned.

Visit lasting 25 nights showed us this hotels potential and first of all, big minuses. Their restaurant was worst of all. Waiters maybe tried but the kitchen did not, not at all. Almost every day many things were finished, even as simple as toast. The kitchen did really not care about the clients or their needs. Why they even make the menu, most of items are not available. Tried to make complaints but no help at all. Nobody and I mean nobody really cares. Housekeeping was ok. BUT do not even imagine to prepare food in so called kitchen, dangerously dirty. Tried also to get contact with management, no succes, again nobody cares. Overall feeling was Who cares. Never again to this hotel and recommended that you do not believe the pictures. Very bad and sad experience in lovely Puerto Vallarta and Mismaloya.
