WOW! This hotel is newly renovated and a wonderful place to stay at. But what truly made our visit here amazing was the wonderful staff that made us feel like members of their family. I especially want to thank Franklyn the guest service manager for helping us during our whole stay. Franklyn did everything he could to make sure that we were enjoying our stay. One day when we forgot to reserve a table for the restaurant we found out that it was fully booked. Franklyn was very kind and did everything he could to find us a spot and reserved a table for us anyways! As well we would like to thank the animation team for always making us laugh and entertaining us daily. I myself have worked with guest relations and entertainment for many years and I must say that I am very surprised about the high level of service provided at this hotel. When we first came we weren't sure about participating so much in activities but the new staff member Jonathan really made us enjoy every minute of it. He was always greeting us with a big smile and was so professional and helpful! This is for sure the best hotel I have ever stayed and I will highly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a hotel to feel like home in. My stay at Casa Marina is the best hotel experience I ever had! The service was outstanding and we felt as a part of the familiy there. The room was super, the food was amazing and the entertainment was WOW! I want espacially highligt the guest service manager Franklyn. Thank you for always helping us together with your positivity and kindness, we are so greatful for all that you did for us! Also the team Mono, Olvis, Chihuahua and Jonathan which was doing training; they made us feel at home everyday. I totally recommend Casa Marina for everyone who wants an outstanding hotel experience with the best staff!
