Overview

For an immersive stay in the Catskills, enjoying everything the mountains have to offer, try this secluded property near the Pennsylvania border that offers a variety of lodging options. Families should stay in the courtyard rooms of the main house, which consist of either one queen bed or two double beds. But you could also choose a log cabin for a more rustic experience. The cabin suites feature two bedrooms with king beds, as well as a seating area with pull-out futon couch. There’s also a kitchen to prepare your own meals.

Continental breakfast is included in your stay, and free Wi-Fi is available in all spaces. Onsite, there is a French-American restaurant and a casual bar. Other amenities include an outdoor pool, a game room and hiking trails. For a fee, you can arrange activities such as rafting or fishing in the Delaware River. Nearby are attractions such as Bethel Woods Center for the Arts and the Ski Big Bear resort and the Zane Grey Museum.

My room was not ready at Check in time

by LUISBERE1

I waited 1 hour fro 3 P.M to 4 P.M. and the room was still not ready. The service clerk asked me if I want a refund, the since I did not have any other choice I told her Ok. But that is not the case. I had a plan to stay there Sunday night and come back home safely Monday after check out.
Only for your reference, the rooms have no Frigobar.

Far from Being a Resort

by katman2

The staff was friendly and very attentive. It is more of a bnb minus the breakfast or a mediocre hotel.

The walls are paper thin in the main house. When they had a piano player in the lobby area it was so loud in our room we had difficulty hearing our TV, and we couldn't even just relax. When we went down to the dining area it was even louder. Instead of having the piano music complimenting the dining experience it gave my husband and I a headache. The worse part was he played until well after 9pm so we tried to seek refuge away from the building despite the fact we just wanted to retire early.
